Some Work Pictures:

Every job we do gets a septic locator tag to find the tank in the future.
Pump every 4 years.

Some manhole lids are very hard to open, which is why you see a corner has been chipped with a pick to gain easy pumping access into the tank. Our LITTLE DIGGER can dead lift 500lbs, which will not leave you with a chipped manhole lid. Steel replacemant manhole lids start at $50/each.

SEPTIC SYSTEM LEACH LINE REPAIR

 Quick 4 Chambers

This is a "septic system leach line repair" using infiltrator chambers. Infiltrator Systems INC. came up with the design and they've been widely accepted with just about every government agency in the U.S.

When the original leach lines give, they're mostly being replaced with this new type of leaching field. A foot of cover can take a backhoe's weight. They're also used in tight areas to bend and rock hard areas. Remember this picture when you have to replace your leach lines.

Chambers have the ability to fit according to existing conditions and in very rocky areas where traditional methods fail.

A new system could look like this.

LITTLE DIGGER is sent out to uncover all our septic tanks.
It fits between the cab and the tank of the pump truck below.

Backfilling and tamping a commercial tank with risers before a parking lot
 comes.

In 2006, all septic tanks had to pass a watertightness test before the county would pass the inspection. Tony's tanks at Arizona Precast have been perfect for years, and the only tanks that could pass when the law came...He also makes our tank lid risers and junction boxes.
Let me save you some time...call them.

This is a "Septic Tank Replacement" where the existing tank(Right side) didn't pass the county's requirements for a septic certification. Mostly, tank replacements are done when homeowner wants to remodel and expand their existing house beyond the operating capacity for the existing tank. A new tank will go in the 10' X 6' hole(Left side).
All of the liquid from the house goes to the new tank, then diverted to the existing leach fields.

Below is a close-up of old same tank which was homemade with red brick and concrete. The county reqiures it to be filled up with dirt and covered up.

Above are some of the risers you can buy starting at $70/foot. Middle riser on the bottom is most common for residential use...$55/foot.

The pool level dropped at the same time...kidding.

We'll go just about anywhere, but we do have limits...
