Perc tests from $850

Perc Tests require holes to be dug in the ground by a backhoe and tested by our civil engineer, Mark. He determines if the land you're buying will be suitable for a septic system. Better advise anyone who's buying with the intent to build to get one before they buy.

2 kinds of Perc Tests:

1) Perc test with letter- Basically a pro-active approach to make sure the buyer can build a septic system before they buy land.

We'll come out with a backhoe and our civil engineer and dig 3 holes up to 12 ft deep each. The engineer will perform his Perc Test and determine if it's suitable to build or not. He will write a letter with the results, stamp and sign it.

2) Perc test with septic design plans- Assuming the perc test passes, he'll come up with a septic design plan for your house, and will include all the paperwork for the customer 

to go get a septic system installation permit to build.
